Indopedia:About

Indopedia — The Encyclopedia of Indian History, from Indian eyes — is an independent, non-commercial portal telling the history of India through its own sources: inscriptions, chronicles, photographs and scholarship, with full citations and provenance for every image.

The portal is written by a curated team of contributors, period by period, across fifteen epochs of a continuous Indian timeline. It was founded in 2026 by Bharat Bhushan; its first article is Somnath Temple — The Shrine Eternal.
